The goal of this course is to transform the crisis response system to minimize the times that law enforcement are the first responders to citizens in emotional distress. And when law enforcement are the first responders – ensure they have the knowledge, skills & support to de-escalate situations & divert individuals from the criminal & juvenile justice systems, when appropriate.

Course is free for Association member agencies, $375 for non-member agencies.
