The Police Officer NYPD Conversion Course will be run concurrent with the Basic Course for Police. County Route 78, Middletown, N.Y. 10940. Course cost is $1000.00 for Non-Association, Non assessment paying  members. Officers will begin their Conversion course with required classroom blocks of instruction. The class will begin on 5/11/26 and end on 9/30/26.  It will be run in conjunction with the BCPO class 01-26.

The NYPD Conversion Course is for former NYPD officers who attended the NYPD academy on or after 10/16/21.

Please see the link below for the Basic Course Registration packet. Only pages 1-3 need to be completed for NYPD Conversion  candidates. Dress code is business casual or BDU with polo shirt.
