Welcome to the Police Chiefs’ Association of Orange County web site. We hope that you find this information to be both helpful and informative.

The success of any police department in meeting the needs of its community depends in part on providing accurate and timely information as well as various police services to the citizens we serve in order to maintain our quality of life. To that end, we intend to use this web site as one additional method to provide this information.

The principle purpose of the Police Chiefs’ Association of Orange County is to provide a forum to work in cooperation with other local, state, and federal law enforcement agencies, community agencies, groups, or other government departments to promote confidence, understanding, trust, competence and professionalism to achieve our police objectives.

Central to our purpose are the values that guide our work and decisions that help us to contribute to the quality of life in our communities. Our values are characteristic or qualities of worth; they are not negotiable. Although we may need to balance them, we will never ignore them for the sake of expediency of personal preference. They are the foundation upon which our policies, goals, objectives and police services are built.
